Wow, just…wow. There are no other words to describe this story, so I think I’ll leave it that. Thank you for writing and, more importantly, publishing it here for us to read. It was truly a joy to read. So just, Wow, and thank you.
I swear, there is just something about the way you write… you use words like a spider makes a web; you spin beautiful silk lines into marvelous tales, told in a soft voice that has not been heard in such a painfully long time. The small threads capture the hearts of all who draw near, yet they are none the wiser, until their hearts feel a painful twinge when the chapter ends, when the story leaves them ever wanting for more, then just to gasp for fresh air as the story settles and leaves them staring in dazed awe. I swear there is magic and power in your words, because no tale, or writer i’ve come across has ever been able to enchant me so easily as you do, your tales are so whimsical, so light yet heavy and dark at the same time, the characters themselves are filled with such odd souls and life that is so precious and beautiful to behold and I fear i’ll lament and cry when this tale is complete and should you ever find your time as a writer come to end, that will be a terrible day indeed, because when one has a gift with words such as you do, the thought of any of their tales ever ending is heartbreaking and too painful to dwell on. Your words are simply awe inspiring, thank you so much for writing, for making such worlds come into existence, for creating such tales and having these wonderful characters come into being, please continue, and thank you.
I’d say a whole lot more, but, really, this story is simply breathtaking. It’s unique, it’s different, yet it brings in many concepts from both fandoms that us readers do wonder how on Earth no one else has thought of doing so.
Really, this was a fantastic read, and even if one has read ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ … well, this isn’t as boring as how others portray it in the HP fandom, since, somehow, you managed to weave a whole new plot with essentially the same concepts.
I still don’t understand how you did that.
There was drama, there was hints of romance, dashes of adventure and action galore, mystery abound and everything that a general reader loves. You didn’t skim the ‘little’ things in the original works, and everything had its own meaning, whether it be entertainment or plot-hole, and I’m glad I read this.
Simply put, I can’t wait for your next chapter!
As good as JK Rowling’s book one is, I like yours better. Thank you very much for the time, care and effort you have put in to make this one of the best stories I have ever read. Have a wonderful break.
This is fabulous! I absolutely love your plot line. The way you smoothly move from chapter to chapter and from scene to scene is amazing! I love this story and I am really looking forward to the next update!
This is one of the best fanfiction I have read in along time, no exaggeration. I started reading this late at night and was up until nearly two in the morning before I finally convinced myself to go to bed as I had school in the morning.
It was really compelling; in a way that just grabbed my attention and wouldn’t let me go. I look forward to reading this book and then your next installment. I love the way you portrayed Merlin, as the main character, and you know what it didn’t make me miss Harry for a second, in the same way I don’t mind the absence of Ron, and I love the transformation that Malfoy is undertaking.
Okay so now I feel like I’ve suitable stroked your ego, I should probably end my review here as for the moment I don’t feel as though I have anything to complain about to balance my review between good and bad.
Can’t wait to read more
WORDS. I NEED WORDS. I’m afraid I haven’t any, though. Or none that would do this incredible story any semblance of justice. I’ll try, though.
This fic was phenomenal. I was so wary about starting this because it looked so promising and I didn’t want to get my hopes up. Let me just say that whatever hopes I had are nothing compared to the wonder this fic turned out to be. I was completely swept up and away by this amazing story. Completely. I EVEN MISSED THE NEW YEAR COUNTDOWN because I was so engrossed in reading the story that I didn’t hear my friends/family calling me. D:
Merlin is absolutely fabulous in this. I adore his relationship with Snape and his friendships with Draco and Hermione are just spectacular. I just. God. I can’t even. The entire thing was incredibly delightful.
I’m am so looking forward to the next update. I’m kicking myself for starting this even though it’s still a WIP but I can’t bring myself to regret it. Not when I just spent the last two days on a cloud of bliss because of this story.
Update soon, wonderful author! And keep up the awesome work!
